SERVICE DESCRIPTION

FIRST LEVEL or “COMMON”

Due to the Area of Computer Science Department of this Mancomunidad, is conducting activities from the Headquarters Building, these services have a “common” character in connection with the benefit of all the municipalities (which are beneficiaries, including those who have expressed non-adherence to the service) what is fair to set an unit and unique quota, merely symbolic and for the calculation of which were taken into account the various maintenance work on its own hardware, software and computer support work to joint services. These minimum services to be provided in the first level and will be extension to each and every one of the City Councils of the municipalities belonging to the Mancomunidad consist of the following tasks:

o Making and maintance of the Mancomunidad website..

o Making of touristic brochure of the Mancomunidad and all its City Councils.

o Touristic video edition for fair participation.

o Maintance of the departments located in the Headquearters Building.br /> o Assessment and computer support works to the projects developed in those department.

SECOND LEVEL or “BASIC”

This service will include a minimum of regular visits every three weeks. A computer technician will go to those municipalities that have agreed to adhere to this level, with the provision of those services offered to date:

o Complete maintance of the computer systems (nets, hardware, software, backup, network server, etc.).

o Website maintance.

o Urgent and basic technical support, and regular visits to the City Councils.

o Computer–aided design of touristic brochure, forms, posters, signage, festivals programs, etc.

o  We must take into account that all these services will be provide by just one technician in each visit.

THIRD LEVEL or “COMPLETE”

This level will be taken by both computer technicians of the Mancomunidad, making a personalized and regular assessment to the City Councils, which have asked for it. Moreover, the second level is also included, apart from the following services:

o Immediate urgent assistance.

o Installing wiring for equipment relocation.

o Specific training in office automation and information technologies for civil servants, official elects, and staff of belonging to the municipalities, may even offer it also for the general population.

o Logo Design and corporate image of the City Council to adapt the uniformity in all the posters (crafts, cards, envelopes, etc.)

o Implementation and adequacy of compliance with the Data Protection Act.

o Advice and comprehensive maintenance management programs, both Provincial and other companies.

o - Digital Certificate and obtain e-mail accounts of the Generalitat Valenciana citizens having through the Eletronic Signature.

o Assessment on possible grants in computing as Plan Avanza, Sertic, Competic, and new ones are expected to arise.
